Delete Your RIFCOS Account

Delete in the app or on the web

You can delete your account and associated data at any time, from either place you use RIFCOS. In the app:

1. Open the RIFCOS app and go to the Account tab
2. Choose Delete Account
3. Confirm the deletion

On the web:

1. Sign in at rifcos.com and open Account
2. Choose Delete account
3. Confirm the deletion

The app and the web share one RIFCOS account, so deleting it from either place deletes it everywhere.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile (name, email, phone number, photo), saved addresses, and stored payment methods, and signs you out everywhere. For providers, identity verification data held by Stripe is redacted.

We retain records we are legally required to keep (completed booking and payment records for accounting, dispute, and fraud prevention purposes) as described in our Privacy Policy.

Prefer to email?

If you can’t sign in, or would rather we handle it, email info@rifcos.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account” and we will process the deletion for you.
